We had 2 enjoyable days here, can't recommend it highly enough the place. It was really beautifully decorated and good standard 4-star hotel as stated in the description. The room was extremely pleasant and stocked on a high level and they provided wake-up service when we asked.

I was happy, the superior king room I booked came with bedroom, a breakfast thrown in and a very comfortable bed. The location was great - so close to the Novotel Lakeside Rotorua for 4days in Dec, serene lake and Eat Street the happening place and a plethora of dining options. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Their breakfast option with a nice added value, seafood, salads…everything really is savoury and warm, put others we have been to shame! The location is great and lovely, and the area is pleasent close to bars and restaurants. There are bars and restaurants nearby.
Views are bad.

The breakfast is good hot, with seafood, options for everyone, meat. As for me location is favourable and absolutely perfect, so close to the attractions of Rotorua, restaurants, and the lake for a wander, and conference centre. Further, there's Sulphur Point at a short distance from the hotel too.

Recently refurbished property with very friendly employees on service in the bar. Really well appointed and brand-new room facing the lake. Perfect and incredible location for our visit to Tamaki Maori Village just a short stroll away from the hotel. A great selection of food in the venue, in-house restaurant. The pool area is nice too. The hotel of choice in Rotorua.

the staff was all friendly and amicable. the room i booked was lovely however the bathroom could have been updated and available with their key access.

The bed wasnt as big as advertised. Roomservice in the room next door at 11pm was making alot of noise. This woke both myself and my wife up. Completely unacceptable.

Everything was very comfortable, had an outstanding stay on holidays. The restaurant here was beautiful with great buffet breakfast, we both ordered fine dishes. The view was panoramic of the lake. The location was absolutely wonderful, and we could reach Matariki by walking
